TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Travel Choice International (hereafter, referred to as TCI) is in the business of marketing a comprehensive travel program, it wishes to enter into an agreement with the above party(s) to increase market awareness of the benefits of said program.

TCI agrees:

• To furnish access to the company website, sales presentation, demo site, sales literature, and all necessary documentation.

• To assist in furnishing answers of prospective members in a timely and accurate fashion.

• To keep the independent associate informed of any improvements and/or changes to the TCI program.

• To distribute earned commissions under the following guidelines:

a) TCI pays on all good business on the 1 st and the 15 th of the month unless that date falls on a weekend or holiday in which case it will be distributed the following day.

b) Good business is defined as funds that are confirmed good at least seven (7) days prior to the 1 st or the 15 th . Should an application miss the deadline, it will then be distributed the following pay period.

Independent Associate agrees:

• That the relationship with TCI is of an independent contractor and shall not be construed to be a partner, joint venturer, employee, agent, representative, or participant of or with the company for any purpose whatsoever.

• That all expenses, licenses, local, state, and federal taxes are the associate's responsibility.

• That TCI has a compensation program for the associate that may be changed as deemed necessary by TCI for any reason whatsoever, and that any amendment will not effect any good business submitted, but only future business.

• That TCI does not represent any guarantee of earnings in the TCI compensation program and that there are no exclusive territories. Any and all compensation will be as a result of the associates personal production as outlined in the compensation plan.

• The associate will not misrepresent TCI in any manner. No misleading statements, claims, or warranties of TCI or it's program will be tolerated. No representations are allowed that do not appear in writing. No alterations of any company literature or of any content on the TCI website is allowed.

• That any advertising other than company approved with regards to TCI must be approved prior to the use of said materials.

• That any misrepresentation of TCI or it's products will result in immediate termination and any and all commissions due presently or in the future will be forfeited as partial damages. Should TCI incur any expenses due to such misrepresentation, the associate will be liable for legal fees, refunds, or any other consequence of said misrepresentation.

• That associate agrees that if TCI determines that termination is applicable due to any violation of any rule or regulation hereunder, that associate will not make any claims against the company.

Should associate pursue a claim regardless and not prevail, the associate shall reimburse TCI for any cost of defense, including reasonable attorney's fees.

• That no associate will directly refer another associate at the same mailing address or within the same household without the consent of TCI.

• That associate, under any circumstance, will not have funds issued to them directly and acknowledges that all monies must be directed only to TCI and should such incident occur, warrant immediate termination.

• That associate has reviewed the question and answer information and acknowledges that they have achieved a level of competence required to ethically and accurately represent the TCI program and it's attributes.

• That by entering the Social Security number (if applicable) or the federal ID# (if applicable), associate certifies that the number shown on this form is the associate's correct taxpayer identification number ( if applicable).

• That this agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Dakota , USA and all claims, disputes, or other matters between the parties shall be brought to arbitration.

• By signing this agreement, the associate agrees to the above and will honor the proprietary nature of the sales presentation, sales literature, and business systems designed and developed by TCI and will not copy, duplicate, or rewrite said material or content without written permission from TCI.

The following questions and answers are meant to assist your understanding of the TRAVEL CHOICE INTERNATIONAL (hereafter TCI) program.

CONDO REWARDS

HOW MANY RESERVATIONS PER YEAR CAN I MAKE?

You may enjoy as many luxury accommodation reservations per year as you desire based on availability.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LAST MINUTE, SELECT, AND PREMIUM CONDOS?

Generally, they are the same luxury accommodations reserved at various lengths of time prior to the arrival date. For example, LAST MINUTE CONDOS are usually within the next 30 days and are priced at $299 - $349 for the entire week. SELECT CONDOS give you a longer window of time to reserve your accommodation and PREMIUM CONDOS allow you true, long term planning of your next vacation. The longer reservation times incur slightly higher weekly rates; however, they are always priced at incredible savings!

CAN I MAKE MY CONDO RESERVATION ONLINE?

Yes, all availability is in real time and can be reserved online or you may call the TCI hotline and speak with a live vacation counselor.

HOTEL REWARDS

CAN I USE REWARD DOLLARS TO TOTALLY PAY FOR THE ROOM?

No. Hotel reward dollars are utilized as a greatly reduced rate available to members only. For example, if the lowest rate available to the public is $125 and there is $40 hotel reward dollars accepted, then the net cost would be only $85. The $40 will be deducted from your hotel reward balance.

CAN UNUSED HOTEL REWARD DOLLARS ACCUMULATE FROM YEAR TO YEAR?

No. Hotel reward dollars are good for one year from the enrollment date. Upon the annual renewal of your membership, your hotel rewards account is replenished with a new balance of up to $3000 for the upcoming year.

CAN I RESERVE HOTELS WITH MY REWARD DOLLARS ONLINE?

Definitely, just have your credit card available, see how much money you will save on a nightly basis and make the reservation. All arrangements are made online and NOT directly with the hotel. You always have the option to call the TCI hotline and speak with one of our friendly vacation counselors.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO SAVE ON HOTELS THAT ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE HOTEL REWARDS PROGRAM?

Absolutely! Just call the TCI hotline and we will negotiate the lowest available rate on your behalf. Generally, this will not be necessary as literally thousands of hotels worldwide participate in the hotel rewards program.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY RESERVATION?

Some hotels require a few days advance notice, but most hotels can be reserved the same day that you want to check in.

AIRLINE AND CAR RENTALS

DO I BOOK AIRLINE AND CAR RENTALS DIRECT OR ONLINE?

No. Simply call the TCI hotline and we will handle all the arrangements for you. Remember, we have the price match guarantee on airline tickets.

CRUISES

I SEE THE CRUISE PACKAGES AND THE AVAILABLE CRUISE REWARD DOLLARS. CAN I BOOK ONLINE OR DIRECT?

No. Just call the TCI hotline and we will handle all your arrangements and answer any questions about your trip.

MY MEMBERSHIP

IS MY TCI MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERRABLE?

Absolutely! For a nominal $250 administration fee, you can transfer, will, or sell your membership anytime.

CAN I LET OTHER PEOPLE USE MY TCI MEMBERSHIP?

Only members are allowed the privileges of TCI; however, guests are always welcome to accompany you.

WHAT IS THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT ACTIVATION FEE?

It is a nominal $99 per year. This occurs on the anniversary date of your enrollment. Upon your renewal, we automatically deposit up to $3000 hotel reward dollars into your account. A couple of night's savings in hotels should equal the annual fee!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

It generally takes 15 days from the time of receipt of all required funds. All financial transactions must be made to TRAVEL CHOICE INTERNATIONAL. TCI DOES NOT accept responsibility for any funds directed to a third party.

HOW LONG IS MY MEMBERSHIP GOOD FOR?

As long as your membership stays activated on a yearly basis, your benefits will be available to you.
